Welp, the dude from the government is coming back tomorrow to test again. I've done the caulking in several areas and the taping up of the windows and sealing of the attic hatches and I hope I managed to do a good enough job to save some cashola to put towards some new windows or something. I can already tell it's been a lot warmer since doing the jobs so there's no doubt it's been improved. But is it enough? Time to find out come tomorrow.
