Taking a break from writing, to write this.

The nutjobs strike again. According to THIS ARTICLE, Christian groups such as Focus on the Family are trying to block a mandatory vaccination of mainly prepubescent girls that would cure prevent nearly 100% of the cases of cervical cancer, on the grounds that it would "give the wrong impression that sex before marriage is okay." It's almost as if they're saying, "You heathens who fuck before you're married deserve to get cancer." Unfortunately, that is pretty much what they are saying.

Once again the fundies are out to play. A cure for cancer is apparently what you do not deserve for being a human being. Well too bad you hypocritical, child-minded primitive bastards--your children will screw before marriage whether you try to brainwash them with your vile, hateful "good book" or not. Remember? In your eyes God made us. Thus he created our lust and our greed.

Edit: It says about 3,800 women die per year in the United States from cervical cancer. I propose that we take the parents who refuse to vaccinate their child based on religious grounds and throw them into prison for a maximum of up to fifteen years for child abuse and neglect, if their child winds up with cervical cancer. Ideologies are not above the law and anyone who practices them (and it affects someone who depends upon them such as children) shall be locked away with the rest of the child molesters and wife beaters. It would be the first step to a better world. One day... And by the way, Focus on the Family, just because you are married doesn't mean whatever demon you worship will protect you from cervical cancer.
