#262 - Not so intelligent, by design

HARRISBURG — The federal judge presiding over the landmark trial about how public schools teach evolution could resolve the case without giving school districts an answer on whether they can mention intelligent design without violating the separation of church and state. _____ Of course they can't teach Intelligent Design in class without breaking that serious law. We already abolished the morning lord's prayer in schools already. There's a reason for it. However, on the other hand, the US's coins have, very clearly, "In god we trust" writ upon them. Hm. Clearly a violation of the law. Clearly something needs to be done about that. Well, I guess they can scrap that shit at a later date. And that little issue about putting your hand on the bible and swearing you'll tell the truth in court. For now we must destroy the ID'ers trying to once more invade the classroom and spread forth their ideological rhetoric to all. It is kind of frightening that this is even an issue. It should have been NO from the beginning. This is just yet another foot in the door for them to abuse and spread their shit to everything else. They all have too much power already. Did you know up here in Canadia they even give Jews and Catholics their own special family courts? Isn't that absurd? What about all the buddhas, the muslims,... If you want to advocate that type of philosophy class, great. Go for it. Just keep your (and everyone else's) religion out of the science classroom. Religion is not science. The two can coexist, but they cannot overlap. Teach about religion in a social studies, sociology, comparative religion, or philosophy class all you like. But do not put them forth as scientific theories. They are not, and by definition, cannot be. Grrrr... ARTICLE
