Hey if you're the paranoid type you can give your special someone something real nice as a gift that he/she will love. The Nokia 7620 I believe is the one phone you need that'll help you figure out if he/she's sneaking behind your back. With this wonderful phone you can pretty much take it out of the box, take a few secs to program your own phone, and every time they make an outgoing call or take an incoming one you will be able to listen in, no matter what. Their phone and yours will ring at the same time. They won't know you're listening, though, so don't worry. Or you can let them know you caught 'em by cutting in anytime with a press of a button. Of course such power comes with risk as some states have stalker laws so even if you did catch him or her betraying you they can turn around and strike twice and send you to jail.
