According to the Washington Post, the Pentagon has a revised doctrine to be signed in the next few weeks that would give the president of the United States the authority for a preemptive nuclear strike on countries or groups using weapons of mass destruction. Didn't I hear this shit before? Oh, that's right. It was all a lie. Gee, do we really need to give the rogue president another opportunity to do such a thing based on lies to the public?
