Found your links via google. I know it sounds like "bad as can" when Staind sings it but I think Beetle's saying "he's this bad ass cat", as in the hepcat "cool cat" type deal.
This is Beetlejuice from the Howard Stern show we're talking about. He is a mentally handicapped midget and he's named Beetlejuice after the guy from the movie Beetlejuice who has the very tiny head as he has the same problem. The guy's IQ is 70 or thereabouts. He wrote another song recently, also poorly written, and it's a rock song. I will post soon aswell.
As for the lyrics...that's how Stern himself says the song goes.
