#164 - Big Mistake

"MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) - Some members of the Alabama House say that violent sex offenders who prey on children should be forced to undergo surgical castration to ensure that they do not hurt another child." This is a big fucking mistake. Just because the police and/or the jury say that someone committed a crime does not mean that they are truly guilty. I don't give a shit what the cops say, it doesn't mean anything. Look at all the people who were once on death row but later released after they discovered they were innocent through DNA testing and such. Now what happens when you cut the balls off a man, and later it's shown he was innocent? You can't exactly hand their manhood back and say sorry. And you can be rest assured mistakes are going to happen. This is going to be bad if this gets passed through. Locally, years ago, 3 boys accused a couple of men of sexual assault and SRA (Satanic Ritual Abuse). The charged men were thrown in jail for over a decade for it, as the courts and cops stupidly believed in what the kids were saying. It was only recently those same boys, now grown up, admitted that they had lied to police about the molestation and SRA. The victims of these predator children have been let go and are about to sue the Canadian government (and rightly so) for false confinement. As for those kids who are all grown up? They get no jail time whatsoever for what they've done. Far too often police will believe a child that says they have been molested before checking the facts and the evidence, and the above is another example of such. Time and time again innocent people are arrested and labeled a sex offender because of it. And it doesn't take much for a scorned mother to rehearse their child into saying "Daddy touched me" so as to get back at the guy for some other unrelated reason. It's happens all the time. And I am sure Alabama has its own share of people that low. So before you castrate anybody you had better be damned right that they're guilty. Look at the West Memphis Three for chrissakes. I just know they're going to accuse the innocent and ruin their lives. And what about the kids who lay false accusations? I'm sure they'll get no punishment whatsoever, like those evil little bitches here. Grrrr. View link here
