To kill or not to kill

Still think the death penalty is just? It seems as though Texas might have executed another innocent man: Cameron Todd Willingham, who was convicted of a December '91 arson. Unfortunately this barbaric practice of murdering people for crimes is still around. Read the article here, but the way it is written implies that he's the only one who may have been innocent yet put to death anyway. Well, if you're going to sentence "murderers" to death, you might aswell just grab the ones who flip the switch and kill them, too. After all, they're murdering someone aren't they? And then their families. And then their dogs. Heck, let's just murder everyone who may commit a crime in the future, based on statistics. That fetus over there has a chance of being dangerously mentally ill when he/she grows up. Let's yank it out and stick the needle in its head before it can grow. Yeah it may be fucked coming from a person like me, but the death penalty is stupid as fuck, however it makes sense an ass backwards place like Texas would still be living in the barbaric eye-for-an-eye stone age.
