Spammer sentenced to nine years in jail

The first spammer ever to face jail time has now been sentenced to nine years in jail for sending in excess of ten million emails a day. His name is Jeremy Jaynes, and he will now be sitting beside the rapists and murderers as he does his time. Unless of course he's lucky and wins on the appeal. I hope he does face the nine years so that other spammers before and after him will stop with their assault on email boxes worldwide. Article
