The Screensavers is back!...sorta.

If you ever had the TechTV channel you already know that Comcast (the shoddy internet service/cable provider) bought it out and renamed it to G4 and changed it into an all-gaming channel. G4/Comcast then systematically destroyed one show after another that made TechTV what it was: a great source of tech news and information. One of the excellent shows that was ass raped and beat down was called The Screensavers, which sickeningly enough was renamed to Attack of the Show kind of recently, and a new host was added in place of Leo Laporte and Patrick Norton: Kevin Pereira, who is the biggest, most loud mouthed sack of shit there is on TV. But now the great cast that you've grown to love from TSS is back from the depths to give you a weekly internet broadcast in mp3 format! It's called The Return Of The Screensavers, and you should check it out if you're into geek stuff and are suffering from TSS withdrawals. It's good to see they're making an effort to fix the damage done by G4! Now that pretty much all of the shows that made TechTV what it was are gone there isn't much worth watching on the channel. I had a feeling that they would kill off all the shows slowly just to steal the previous channel's audience. But I would wager that most of the original TechTV viewers have jumped ship as a lot of them weren't into games. The only good program on there now is X-Play, which is excellent. Except for certain companies buying certain reviews for certain games, that is... That's it for now.
